The flower arrangement was beautiful! Gorgeous colors and nice quality flowers! They’re lasting for a long time too. The only comment I might make is that the flower arrangement was not packaged in paper or plastic, when they were delivered. Not sure if they would have been damaged by the cold winter temp if I hadn’t arrived home in time to get them on my doorstep. Thanks! ---- Florist's Response: Hello Terrence, thank you for the kindly worded review! Regarding delivery, a plastic covering will be used depending on our experience with the weather to protect the flowers. They can survive colder temperatures surprisingly well unless actual freezing becomes an issue. Of course, we are happy to include a plastic covering by request and we will replace a frozen bouquet if it becomes damaged from the cold at no charge.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
